Customers with accounts at First National Bank Bemidji may sign up for 1st Net Connection

information page about 1st Net Connection. After

How do I change my Access
In order for you to change your Access
ID, please call us at 751-2430 or stop in at one of our three
office locations and ask for assistance.
How do I change my password?
To change your password at any time, click the "Change
Options" button. This is found at the top of any page of your
account information. This will bring you to the "Change
Password" screen where you will enter your new password (follow the
format required listed on the screen). You will need to confirm your new
password and press the "Submit" button. Please remember that your
Access ID and Password are "case sensitive". If you use a combination of capital
letters and small letters, you must use that exact combination when you
enter your Access ID and Password.
What happens if I forget my 1st Net Connection
Enter your Access ID and click on Log
In. This action will bring you to the page that contains your
Authentication Image and a box to enter your password. Click on
the “Forgot Your Password – Click Here” button
below the “Submit” button. You will be asked to enter your
Access ID again and then you will be sent an email with your
forgotten password. You will be prompted to change your password
immediately when you log in.
Please remember that your
Access ID and Password are “case sensitive” and you need to
remember the exact same combination when entering them.

What you need
to use 1st Net Connection is a secure browser and any computer
that accesses the Internet. You may use Microsoft Internet
Explorer 7.0 or higher; Apple Safari 4.0 or higher; Apple Safari
5.0 for Mac; Google Chrome 9.0; Chrome 15.0 or higher; Mozilla
Firefox 3.5 or higher; Opera 10.0 or higher. These browsers
support secure transactions over the Internet using Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

1st Net Bill
Pay eliminates checks, stamps,
and paperwork and you can pay virtually anyone in the United

is free with eStatements. Without eStatements, the cost is $2.00 per month with a $.25 charge per
item or $20 annually with a $.25 charge per item.

paper statements through the mail. When you enroll for
eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the
mail. eStatements are available to view for the past 18 months.
do I enroll in eStatements?
When you log
on for the first time to enroll for 1st Net Connection, you
will automatically be prompted to enroll. You have the options
to: Accept, Decline, or Ask Me Later. If you would like them,
follow the on screen instructions and click Accept. If you do
not want to enroll for them, and want to continue receiving
paper statements in the mail, click Decline. If you’re unsure
if you want them at this time, click Ask Me Later. If you
Accept, you will be sent an email the next business day asking
you to confirm your enrollment. Follow the instructions in the
email and you’ll be fully enrolled. If you click Decline and
later decide that you would like eStatements, you can click the
“Change Options” button. This is found at the top of any page
of your account information. This will bring you to the “Change
Options” screen where you scroll to the bottom of the screen
where it says eStatement Enrollment and follow the on screen
How can I use 1st Net Connection
to help with balancing my checking account?
1st Net Connection, you are able to view your checking account
daily. Previous day balances and ongoing statements are available through
the previous business day. This allows you to view checks that have cleared
your account and help determine which checks are still outstanding. You
may also click on the check number to view it. This may be helpful if you
have forgotten to record a check in your register.
How do I properly exit/quit 1st Net Connection?
To properly exit/quit 1st Net Connection, you must click on the
"log off" button. This button is available at the top of
any page of your 1st Net Connection account information.
