Debit card fraud alerts

Our system monitors all debit transactions for potential fraud. There is no cost and no enrollment process. If you have a debit card with us, you will get another layer of security automatically.

What We Look For

Most fraud alerts will be triggered from one of three types of transactions:

  1. Those made outside your normal purchasing pattern
  2. Those made at unusual times or in odd locations
  3. Purchases that fit the pattern of known fraud threats

Getting Fraud Alerts

If there is suspected fraud on your account, you will be contacted in the following ways:

An email will be sent right away if we have an email address on file.
